An Oral Fix: SNC2 INK Books Releases Lust Have Recipes: IN-Gredients for Stimulation eBook

Aphrodisiac Cookbook Takes Couples Back to the Basics of Their Love Connection

2011-11-25
CINCINNATI, OH, November 25, 2011 (Press-News.org) In the current recession many couples who can't afford to divorce are opting for another alternative; finding ways to make their marriage work. In a story reported recently in the Huffington Post, "for many downsized couples, divorce just doesn't make financial sense." Questions then remain on how to make it work. How do couples reignite the spark of fresh love? Author C. Nzingha Smith suggests couples go back to the basics in her new release, Lust-Have Recipes: IN-Gredients for Stimulation. "My hope and one of the inspirations behind writing Lust Have Recipes is to get couples back in tune with their initial love connection. Cooking and sexual intimacy are both acts of love, so we combined the two and kept it simple," says Smith. Lust Have Recipes was officially released in August 2011 and is now available in digital eBook format; the cookbook features aphrodisiac recipes, sensual poetry and imagery.

Stirring up the appetite for both food and sexual intimacy, Lust-Have Recipes: IN-Gredients for Stimulation takes readers from the evening leading up to a couple's physical conversation through to the morning after. Six chapters explore the sexual experience from start to finish, beginning with "Deep Throat: Nightcaps" ending with "The Morning After: Breakfast in Bed". Recipe selections include; cocktails, appetizers, finger foods, entrees, desserts and breakfast all great for entertaining or for an intimate meal for two. Sex tips and benefits are included with each recipe. Background information for each aphrodisiac ingredient used throughout the book is also provided, giving readers a better understanding of how to use the ingredients to help boost sexual desire known as libido.

Lust-Have Recipes is a tool both men and women can use to get in touch with their culinary side. The book's aphrodisiac recipes are simple enough to follow, yet versatile enough to impress. In addition to the culinary benefits, Lust-Have Recipes gives readers a fresh, sensual view of bonding with poetry that bridges the connection between food and sexual intimacy. "Knowing what effects certain foods have on your bedroom performance is an added bonus," says Smith. The book uses food as an instrument to enhance and arouse the sexual experience creating a new level of stimulation and build-up in the bedroom, which might prove useful for couples who have fallen into an unsatisfying routine. Couples needing to reconnect can spend quality time in the kitchen and the bedroom with Lust Have Recipes.

Lust-Have Recipes retails for $24.95 online at Amazon and during the holiday season signed copies are available through the author's website. The digital eBook retails for $9.95 on Amazon's Kindle as well as distributed through Smashwords to other retail Ebook outlets for purchase. For more information on C.
