Urban Active has vowed not to take this sitting down and is giving back to its community with the greatest gift of all - a healthy and fit lifestyle by launching its 10 cities interactive tour to help get its communities moving.
Urban Active's fitness guru and Quality Control Director, Josh "JB" Bowen, whose motto is to "Train, Motivate and Inspire" will lead this interactive, "Get Active Challenge" 10 Cities Tour (Jan 7th - Jan 19th) with a 40 minute New Year, New You Boot Camp to work off excess holiday weight, followed by a 10 minute education session on nutrition and lifestyle, along with top tips for staying motivated all year long.
JB will also give all his participants "Eat 2B Fit" healthy menu options from restaurant, Texas Roadhouse to show people how they can still maintain a healthy lifestyle by making the correct meal choices while dining out.
Urban Active's "Get Active Challenge" is open to anyone who is ready to make the commitment to be fit and share their personal fitness journey by blogging and being a voice of encouragement in their neighborhood. By doing so, blogging participants who are Urban Active members will not only inspire their community, but they will earn points towards complimentary membership upgrades, personal training services and prizes. Non-members will receive a 14 day pass to the gym.
