CARLSBAD, CA, July 13, 2012 (Press-News.org) When a customer contacts ARS for maintenance, repair or replacement services, the customer is greeted with a live representative who asks a series of questions to qualify the customer for any eligible discounts. Effective immediately, if a senior discount is applicable, the representative will notify the ARS technician of such prior to the on-site appointment. Once an ARS technician is at the customer's residence, a service estimate with options is provided to the customer and the technician will then direct the customer to call into a recorded system that will guide the customer through the purchase process to ensure full understanding of the estimate and costs. If the senior customer is not comfortable or unclear on the services or estimate, ARS will contact the customer's family member of choice to inform him or her of the HVAC services needed and the estimate presented. No fees will be charged until the customer and/or his or her family member clearly understands and approves the scope of work.
The Senior Care Program originated in Las Vegas in partnership with the Community College of Southern Nevada and the state licensing program. In an effort to continually provide exceptional customer service, ARS initiated the program to offer seniors the option of third party consent when receiving HVAC services.
ARS technicians undergo continuous training on professional skills that include technical training and customer service, as well as receive feedback on surveys and analysis as a team. All ARS work is warranted and technicians are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. For more information, visit http://www.ARSSandiego.com.
