Haven Power Goes Up Against Big Names In Energy Awards Final

Business electricity supplier Haven Power has shown its mettle by making it to the finals of the prestigious Energy Awards.

2012-08-18
NORFOLK, ENGLAND, August 18, 2012 (Press-News.org) Business electricity supplier Haven Power has shown its mettle by making it to the finals of the prestigious Energy Awards. The Ipswich-based supplier now goes head-to-head with several of 'The Big Six' before finding out who is crowned 'Supplier of the Year' in December.

Despite Haven having relatively limited resources compared to its bigger competitors, the company has gone from strength to strength, focusing on providing excellent customer support. In its entry, Haven highlighted what made it different from the multinationals; namely its personal service, transparency and passionate staff.

Sales and marketing director, Richard Robey, comments: "Being chosen as a finalist among some of the bigger suppliers confirms to us that business customers want more than just a big marketing campaign from their electricity supplier. As prices rise and energy policy becomes more complex, businesses are increasingly seeing the benefits of having a supplier that makes electricity purchasing simpler and more effective.

"We're always looking for ways to improve our offering and never want to become complacent. We take time to find out what businesses and consultants want from their electricity supplier and go out of our way to meet these needs."

Since Haven was established six years ago, it has not only seen rapid growth but has acquired a reputation for being different to other suppliers, thanks to its people-focused operation and attention to detail.

The winners of The Energy Awards will be announced on 5 December at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Haven Power is based at The Havens, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, IP3 9SJ.
