SmsCoin Participation at MDDay 2012

On August 16th the second phase of summer tour of Mobile Developer Day, the conference for mobile platforms developers, took its place in Odessa.

August 24, 2012 (Press-News.org) It is the fourth year the series of conferences dedicated to development of mobile applications is held within the territory of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. SmsCoin project, one of the leaders within mobile payments market which provides Premium SMS services across almost 100 countries, was a sponsor of the event. Yakov Beder, CCO of SmsCoin, represented the company with a report on the technologies of mobile apps monetization.

The conference gathered participants from Ukraine (Provectus IT, Marmalade, Trinetix), Russia (iD EAST, EligoVision), Israel (SmsCoin, Jacada), Germany (metaio), USA (ALFA Production), Great Britain (Telecomax), Poland (Webgate Systems), Moldova (Sellected, Yopeso), Azerbaijan (Simbrella). The event was dedicated to the development of applications for mobile platforms (Android, iOS, Blackberry, bada), the methods of mobile apps promotion and their monetization, the development of programmes for Smart TV, and the augmented reality technologies. Beyond the series of reports several workshops were organized to highlight specific features of mobile platforms development.

This year SmsCoin project became a partner of Mobile Day Developer conference in Odessa. CCO of SmsCoin Yakov Beder delivered a speech on "The technologies of applications monetization via mobile payments". The report was dedicated to review of technological capabilities within mobile payments implementation and to the advantages of this payment method. Also SmsCoin team shared with the audience a launch of the new project Bulkness for SMS delivery implementation worldwide.

Yakov Beder shared his impressions concerning the event: "Odessa delighted us with amount of young and talented developers who don't yield to their foreign colleagues within mobile industry. SmsCoin in its turn offered to developers the most suitable and profitable method to get income from their projects. I would like to make a pointed reference to the report of Nordic Agency founder Leonid Bugaev on "Mobile marketing: mobile stories of success", the speech of Dmitry Tarasov (Tarasov Mobile) about methods of mobile apps promotion, and also the presentation of iD EAST CEO Vitaly Dubinin "The monetization of mobile applications via advertising". The event was held on a higher level, the organization of the conference and informative reports are the best proves of it".
