KAMUELA, HI, September 05, 2012 (Press-News.org) Brian Dickinson President of Logical Conclusions Inc. http://www.EventDrivenConcepts.com has been invited to give a keynote speech at the Project Management Institute's annual Professional Development Day on the 28th September 2012 in Honolulu Hawaii.
As an author of many books and an expert in business improvement and reengineering concepts Dickinson will explain why he believes the vast majority of businesses, both public and private, are stuck in an old industrial-age paradigm leading to inefficient manual and computer systems that are not responsive to their customers and introduce unnecessary complexity and "bugs" into processing.
His presentation will address a much better way to structure organizations and their systems using what's known as Event-Driven concepts. To get away from Industrial-Age concepts he believes Strategic Planners and Project Managers who are responsible for purchasing, building and implementing human and computer systems should ensure their projects use these latest concepts.
