David Webb Joins SEPI Engineering & Construction As Senior Hydraulics Engineer

Local Firm Hires Engineering Professional With More Than 14 Years Of Industry Experience

RALEIGH, NC, October 05, 2012 (Press-News.org) Sepi Asefnia, president and founder of SEPI Engineering & Construction (http://www.sepiengineering.com), a firm which provides civil engineering and planning services to private and public sector clients across the Southeast, has announced the addition of David Webb, PE, as senior hydraulics engineer. In this position, Webb will use his more than 14 years of experience to continue to expand the technical expertise of the water resources department, while simultaneously focusing on business development of municipal clients throughout the southeast region.

Originally from Rocky Mount, N.C., Webb received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from NC State University. He interned with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), and went on to work with the NCDOT Hydraulics Unit for five years. In 2004, Webb moved to Greenville where he worked for a private engineering firm that focused on storm water management and drainage infrastructure improvement projects for various institutions and municipalities in the eastern portion of the state. His work included surveying, planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of several multi-million dollar infrastructure improvement projects. He successfully completed several greenway trail designs, site development plans and watershed planning studies.

Webb serves as an active member of the American Public Works Association, the Professional Engineers of North Carolina and the North Carolina Association of Environmental Professionals. He resides in Raleigh with his wife and two sons.
