SAN FRANCISCO, CA, October 07, 2012 (Press-News.org) Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp, LLP partner Davina Pujari has been named co-chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Criminal Justice Section White Collar Crime Committee's Northern California Regional Subcommittee. Pujari will co-chair the subcommittee with San Francisco Assistant U. S. Attorney (AUSA) Adam Reeves.
Pujari and AUSA Reeves will plan educational programs for ABA members and solicit articles for the White Collar Crime Committee's quarterly newsletter and for the Criminal Justice Section's publications.
"Davina is to be congratulated on serving in this leadership role and for giving her time and energy to the legal community," said R. Morgan Gilhuly, managing partner of Barg Coffin.
Pujari is co-leader of Barg Coffin's Environmental Crimes, Internal Investigations and Criminal Defense practice group.
Before entering private practice, Pujari served as an Assistant U. S. Attorney for the Northern District of California and as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. She is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School (J.D., 1992) and North Carolina State University (B.A., 1988).
