Construction has officially begun on Geneva Hospitality's new resort, Caracola Beach and Spa Resort, on Isla Margarita in the Caribbean.

LAKE GENEVA, WI, October 10, 2010

Caracola Beach and Spa Resort is a luxury condominium beachfront resort that will be located on the southeastern edge of Isla Margarita in the Caribbean. The resort will be comprised of 1244 luxury condominiums spread over 15 floors with four different floor plan layouts to choose from, with nearly all of the condominiums having their own view of the stunning Caracola Beach and Caribbean Sea.

Each luxury condominium will be constructed to the highest standards and will feature high quality products throughout, all the while being eco-sensitive. Each condominium will be comprised of a fully-fitted modern kitchen, inviting living room, serene balcony and climate controlled air conditioning system. The resort will also feature plenty of semi-covered parking.

Within the resort a multitude of services will be found from delectable restaurants to tropical swim up bars. The resort will also feature a full-service spa with hairdressers, a state of the art fitness center and high end retail establishments. Other amenities at the resort include ocean and mountain views, a night club, arcade, convenience center and four pools with waterslides.

Isla Margarita, known as the "Pearl of the Caribbean", is the most developed of the three islands that make up the State of Nueva Esparta. Isla Margarita features dramatic mountainous terrain, lush vegetation, flora and fauna, and many stunning white sandy beaches. Temperatures on the island are fairly consistent at 80 degrees, and although located in the Caribbean, it is not in the hurricane belt. With the warm days and cool evenings, guests are provided with a very comfortable environment.

Isla Margarita offers guests and residents alike an array of relaxing and active ways to spend their days. Recreation on the island includes numerous areas for hiking, horseback riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, and windsurfing. Isla Margarita is in fact the windsurfing capital of the world. The island also consists of many places of interest including uninhibited islands, sunken ships for scuba diving, historical forts, and lagoons.

Isla Margarita remains practically untouched, despite how close it is to the mainland and the Latin lifestyle, mixed with the European and American influences, make for a developed, democratic, and welcoming environment.

Caracola Beach and Spa Resort is managed by Geneva Hospitality, a Premier Hotel/Condominium Management Company providing services for owners of hotel properties.
