Boulder Businessman Brian Cleveland Invests In Downtown Boulder Real Estate for New Parallel Path HQ

The owner of two businesses, an Internet marketing agency and an engineering services firm, has purchased two commercial suites at 1637 Pearl St. in downtown Boulder, Colorado to allow for continued business expansion of the businesses.

2010-10-14
LOVELAND, CO, October 14, 2010 (Press-News.org) The owner of two businesses, an Internet marketing agency and an engineering services firm, has purchased two commercial suites at 1637 Pearl St. in downtown Boulder, Colorado to allow for continued business expansion of the businesses. A longtime Boulder-based entrepreneur, Cleveland owns and operates Parallel Path Internet Marketing and Percept Technology Labs, all of which are currently housed in leased space on the east side of Boulder. Because of continued growth of the businesses, Parallel Path will move into the 1637 Pearl Street facility, while Percept will continue to be housed in the current leased space.

Parallel Path's growth is fueled in large part by the growing popularity of its Aha!Local local online marketing service. This growth has recently earned the company recognition by both the Boulder County Business Report and the Denver Business Journal as one of the fastest growing private companies on the Colorado Front Range.

Cleveland invested in the new facility because he believes in the continued economic vitality of downtown Boulder and wants to be an active participant in its success. In addition, "the new facility makes sense for multiple reasons," said Cleveland. "Parallel Path needs more space to grow, but more importantly, is better served by being in the entrepreneurial and economic heart of the city. As an Internet marketing agency, Parallel Path is a key part of the vibrant Boulder business community. Since the launch of Aha!Local, it has become more critical to be centrally located in Boulder's retail community, as well."
