What: Free Yoga Open House with demonstrations and festivities.
When: Saturday, January 12th, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Where: 8787 E Pinnacle Peak Rd. Suite 206- Scottsdale, Arizona 85255

All are welcome to attend HarumiYoga+ Open House on the second floor of 8787 E Pinnacle Peak Rd., Scottsdale, AZ on Saturday January 12th from 9:00am to 4:00 PM. There will be a wide variety of free mini-classes, brief demos and short educational lectures. Light refreshments will be available and raffles for free classes.

Throughout the day participants will enjoy various yoga classes at 9:15, 12:00 and 3:00 including Chi Gong and Vinyasa Yoga. Staff will also offer mini-classes in Nutrition, Meditation, Shiatsu and Phoenix Rising Therapy.

According to Harumi Maejima, owner/Director of HarumiYoga+, "The Open House is a great opportunity to meet the teachers and therapists and experience new healing modalities. We are excited to share them with our community".

Harumi Yoga+ Holistic Healing House is located on the SW corner of Pima and Pinnacle Peak Road in North Scottsdale, AZ. The Studio honors each individual's right to seek fulfillment, wellness and spiritual nourishment. Harumi Yoga+ offers an ambiance that will leave participants in an uplifted mood.

The Studio offers various types of Yoga classes, therapies, wellness workshops and meditation. Harumi Yoga will be a great place to develop new friendships and community with fun and entertaining events too, like dance. All will be a healthier choice, designed to improve mental and physical health.

Harumi Yoga + is owned by Harumi Maejima. Both the owner and studio manager Deborah Cole are 15 year plus Kripalu 500-hour yoga teachers and certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioners.
