AUSTIN, TX, February 21, 2013 (Press-News.org) Chasse Consulting: Sales Strategies, Inc., a leading provider of sales performance and translation consulting services, is pleased to announce that Rochelle Carlin has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations effective immediately. In her new role, Carlin is responsible for managing costs, resource allocation and customer satisfaction for the entire company.
Since joining Chasse Consulting, Carlin has served as the company's Director of Translation Services where she has managed translation and localization services for the company's roster of Fortune 500 clients. Carlin's new position will help to ensure consistent delivery of high quality solutions, as well as sustained customer and employee success amidst Chasse Consulting's continued growth and expansion. The promotion continues the company's regular practice of promoting talent from within the organization.

In her 15 years of experience, Carlin possesses a wide range of operational management experience - from overseeing a team of over 5,000 external vendors at McElroy Translation, to her most recent position as Chasse Consulting's Director of Translation where she oversaw the formation of the division from the ground up, and leading it to profitability within its first year of operation.

Fluent in French, Carlin holds a Masters of Arts in French Language and Civilization from New York University and received her Bachelors of Arts in French from the University of Texas at Austin. Carlin and her husband Rene, the Volunteer and Outreach Manager for the non-profit organization Bookspring, live in Austin, Texas with their two girls Penelope and Nina.
