NORTHUMBERLAND, ENGLAND, March 01, 2013 (Press-News.org) Timeshare resorts looking to add more timeshare ownership value and new travel opportunities for their owners now have access to one of the world's largest online exchange platforms, as Dial An Exchange (DAE) announces the full launch of its outreach program to Home Owner Associations (HOA) currently tasked with managing those resorts.
The program had been in a testing phase in 2012 but the response has been so overwhelmingly positive that DAE has decided to make the program fully accessible to resort HOAs looking for ways to add value to their ownership proposition, keeping existing owners happy and paying maintenance fees. It involves key DAE personnel meeting individually with resort managers and HOA board members to conduct a needs analysis and tailor initiatives specifically designed for those resorts to engage in potential exchange, rental and exit strategy options.
"The outreach program is designed as a partnership between DAE and resorts, specifically sold-out timeshare resorts no longer in active sales, to provide the type of options that their owners are asking for," said Fermin Cruz, DAE Vice President, Americas Region. "It is a way to facilitate conversation with resorts to provide them with the solutions to their most pressing issues."
Many of these HOAs operate stand-alone resorts, meaning that they are not affiliated with a branded hospitality company. Without the type of network that a larger operation can provide, the potential for these resorts to connect with DAE to create possibilities such as internal exchange opportunities and resort rental programs could create significant revenue for resorts in addition to expanding travel choices for owners.
