DALLAS, TX, March 15, 2013 (Press-News.org) Attorney Michael Wysocki, an associate at the Dallas-based Family Law firm McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P, has been named to the Texas Rising Stars list, which identifies the top young lawyers in Texas each year.
Mr. Wysocki has extensive courtroom experience representing clients in jury and bench trials involving divorce, premarital agreements, spousal support, child custody, termination of parental rights, international child abduction, grandparent visitation and custody rights, and adoption. He also represents clients in Collaborative Law matters and is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
A magna cum laude graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Mr. Wysocki earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Tyler. He is licensed to practice law in both Texas and New Mexico.
The Texas Rising Stars list recognizes the top up-and-coming Texas attorneys who are age 40 or younger, along with those who have been in practice for less than 10 years.
