Viva Live Music supports Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice Fundraising Event.

Viva Live Music have provided top class live entertainment at a charity fundraising event for The Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice.

2013-03-15
HERTFORDSHIRE, ENGLAND, March 15, 2013 (Press-News.org) Viva Live Music supports Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice Fundraising Event.

Viva Live Music, a leading Live Music and entertainment company, based in Hertfordshire, created an exquisite Romantic atmosphere for an exclusive fund raising event on St Valentine's Day. Professional musicians Neil Simon and Hilary Cameron performed a programme of romantic background music for piano and classical guitar. Guests were then treated to Neil accompanied by Hilary, serenading the guests with Romantic Italian and Music Theatre songs. The event, at a private home in Hertfordshire raised GBP10,000 with guests also pledged fundraising events for the charity: with Hilary and Neil donating a free concert, as well as other guests pledging dinner parties and champagne afternoon tea events.

The Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice (IRGH) provides local care for patients in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire: 24/7 care in the home of the patient, day hospices in specific centres in the region and fully trained staff to provide support for the patient and family. At a time when there are increased numbers of patients requiring this care whilst NHS funding does not increase, The IRGH has to raise more money to ensure essential services are available for patients. As well as fund raising events organised by the IRGH, the charity is encouraging individuals and groups to organise their own fund raising events.

Viva Live Music has supported IRGH for four years; by providing entertainment for fundraising events. Musicians have also attended the day hospice to perform music for the patients: something that is very well received. Viva Live Music arranges a variety of live musical entertainment for a range of events: from receptions, gala dinners, product launches, award ceremonies, as well as private parties and weddings. All of the entertainment is bespoke and designed round the requirements of the client. Recent events have included a "Downton Christmas" themed event, "Dickens Christmas" and "Prohibition" Entertainment for corporate events.
