The top five overall agents for gross closed commissions in 2012 are Sandi Tresh (Venice), Pamela Strom (Sarasota), Paige Hartmann (Sarasota), Myles Fromer (Venice) and Judy Winkelmann (Venice). Tresh was the top Venice agent and Strom was the top Sarasota agent.

The top agents for listings sold are Troy Funk, Pamela Strom, Judy Schomaker, Amy Worth-Paul and Pamela Caguiat in the Sarasota office, and Sandi Tresh, Judy Winkelmann, Maia Morrison, Myles Fromer and Sandra Atkins-Pertz in the Venice office.
