Grand Opening of LivingSmart Homes at Sundance This Weekend in Beaumont; New Homes by Pardee Priced from the Mid-$200,000s

BEAUMONT, CA, April 11, 2013 (Press-News.org) The grand opening of LivingSmart Homes Sundance will take place on Saturday, April 13. This popular Inland Empire new home neighborhood features both one- and two-story single-family detached homes priced from the mid $200,0000s. Built by Pardee Homes, LivingSmart Homes Sundance is ideally located within master-planned Sundance in Beaumont, where two elementary schools, two parks and a community recreation center are within walking distance from many of the homes.

The grand opening event will include model home tours; face painting for the kids and a visit from the Dos Chinos food truck from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., featuring Latino Asian fusion burritos and tacos. The first 125 people who tour the model homes will receive a complimentary Dos Chinos meal.
