Industry Veteran V. Lynn Hawkins Appointed to Senior Management at ECS Productions, Inc.

LOUISVILLE, KY April 20, 2013 (Press-News.org) ECS Productions, Inc., a full-service production company and the producer of Blues programming for television, today announced the appointment of V. Lynn Hawkins as Executive Vice President of Operations. She will report directly to EC Scott, President and CEO of the Company.

Ms. Hawkins brings over three decades of business development and executive management experience to the Company and serves as Vice President on the Board.

Ms. Hawkins is an integral part of the global business development plan for the Company. Her experience in business and organizational development, team building, sales training, strategic planning, and product development are what the Company sees as key strengths that will support their current global growth goals.

Ms. Hawkins spent over twenty-five years in the commercial real estate lending arena, having managed a division with significant growth while at Fannie Mae, and several other mid-to-large sized commercial mortgage banking firms. Lynn will oversee all of the day to day activities of the Company in her new role. She is responsible for finding and evaluating new areas for growth, as well as areas of improvement for each of the Company's divisions ensuring that the strategic organizational development plan established for ECS Productions, Inc. is not only viable, it moves forward on track with anticipated earnings and managed expenses. Ms. Hawkins will also become a part of the sales team as a trainer, and assist managing that arm of the business and its growth.

Ms. Hawkins has successfully run her own business coaching and consulting enterprise for the last three years helping small business owners to devise and implement strategic development plans for their businesses. She is a sought-after speaker and trainer and is very well versed in the business lending and grants worlds. V. Lynn Hawkins was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and attended the University of Maryland. Ms. Hawkins moved to Atlanta, GA and began her commercial real estate and business development career while continuing her education in business management at Shorter College. She has held a real estate Broker's License in three states and currently holds a Real Estate Salesperson's License in CA where she lived for the last ten years. Lynn has made significant contributions while holding positions in Executive Management until she shifted focus to the small business arena starting her own firm in 2009. Ms. Hawkins is a speaker, presenter, author, and teacher sharing the message of empowerment and success in business for women entrepreneurs.
