Mr. Van Wieren has 35 years of professional experience, with 25 years as a director of ManagemenS Results. On a daily basis, he is responsible for overseeing all company products, as well as managing employees. Prior to joining ManagemenS Results, Mr. Van Wieren held several managerial positions including general manager, executive coach, and entrepreneur.
Mr. Van Wieren utilizes his services to make both workers and organizations aware that their passion, combined with the passion for their work, is worth living for. He is convinced that when employees form their own teams, to achieve a given output or goal, they will eventually cast for themselves the right role in the team on the basis of their natural, and often hidden, skills and talents. He is also convinced that working with facilitating managers is a more successful practice than instructing and/or delegating managers.
Looking back, Mr. Van Wieren attributes his success to being confident in where he wanted and wants to go. He became involved in his profession through his love of bringing joy to people and making sure people enjoy their work an be more successful that way. The highlight of his career was putting his passion into practice by founding ManagemenS. As an organization, ManagemenS places making profit as a secondary importance to helping workers discover their personal roles and organizations their role in society.
Mr. Van Wieren received a master's degree in agricultural science from the University of Groningen in 1975. He is a member of NOBCO and EMCC. In years to come, he hopes to grow his business.
