Richmond Family Dentistry Wins Consecutive Talk of the Town Awards

Richmond dentist earns a third Talk of the Town Award after receiving high praise from satisfied patients.

2014-04-16
RICHMOND, VA, April 16, 2014 (Press-News.org) For the third straight year, Richmond Family Dentistry has received the prestigious Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award in the Health & Medical -- Dentists. Cheryl Billingsley, DDS, MAGD, ND, and the team at Richmond Family Dentistry were honored with the award after earning the highest possible customer satisfaction rating of 5 stars.

The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, honor companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company's CM Power Rating. Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

Dr. Billingsley and her team are committed to the overall health and well-being of their patients, placing a priority on providing holistic dentistry for the entire family. "Our practice focuses on providing mercury-safe dentistry, and I am accredited with the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT) in order to provide my patients with the safe removal and care of metal dentistry," says Dr. Billingsley. Additionally, the practice carefully follows protocols set in place by the IAOMT for safe mercury and silver amalgam removal.

In addition to a focus on holistic dentistry, Richmond Family Dentistry provides general and cosmetic dentistry for the entire family. "Having a single dentist for your entire family is the key to helping everyone in the household maintain a happy, healthy smile," says Dr. Billingsley. Regular visits for both adults and children can help eliminate fears and anxieties that often accompany dental work and help maintain a positive relationship with the dentist.

"My staff and I have provided a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for patients to enjoy their dental treatments while at ease," says Dr. Billingsley. "Our kind, caring and compassionate environment allow us to treat even the most dental phobic patients."

This relaxing atmosphere, holistic approach and state-of-the-art equipment and technology, combined with a focus on meeting each individual patient's wishes, are what truly set Richmond Family Dentistry apart, leading to the practice's three consecutive Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Awards.
