JPL Welcomes Two Tech-Savvy Members to its Growing Team

JPL is adding to the strength of its interactive team with a manager of enterprise technologies and quality assurance specialist.

HARRISBURG, PA, March 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) JPL is adding to the strength of its interactive team with the addition of David Kopp and Elizabeth Miller. David Kopp comes to JPL as manager of enterprise technologies, a team of technical project managers, developers, web administrators and quality assurance specialists dedicated to specific clients. Miller will act as the new quality assurance specialist on this team.

Kopp's software management, consulting and leadership skills make him ideal to work with the technology leaders who work inside larger organizations. With his team, Kopp will ensure that web based marketing and business solutions are secure and compatible with the enterprise's technology environment. Kopp will partner with JPL's marketing consultants to implement innovative technical solutions to managing content and data across a client's web presence.

With more than 17 years of software engineer experience, Kopp has worked with state agencies and in the private sector serving in a variety of digital and information technology roles. Kopp comes to JPL after positions as a senior consultant with CIBER, software development manager at Information Services Group and a web application developer at American Water. A resident of Etters, Kopp studied business administration at Harrisburg Community College and mathematics at Messiah College.

Miller will perform quality assurance and user testing on interactive applications and websites to ensure positive user experiences. As the senior test engineer for 14 years, she tested and diagnosed large-scale projects for The Nielsen Company in Lancaster, PA. She has also worked with desktop and web based applications for international grocery store companies.

She received an associate degree in computer science from Mt. Aloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania and lives in Harrisburg.
