Chiropractor Expands at Fountains Center Office and Retail Park in Boca Raton

Liking the location, Dr. Marc W. Rosen has relocated and expanded within the same office and retail park where he has been leasing space for more than 15 years

2012-08-22
BOCA RATON, FL, August 22, 2012 (Press-News.org) Chiropractor Marc W. Rosen, D.C.P.A. has signed a seven-year lease to occupy 750 square feet in Suite 104 at 7300 West Camino Real in Fountains Center.

Dr. Rosen started his practice in New York 27 years ago. Nineteen of those years were spent serving patients in Florida.

He initially opened an office within Fountains Center office and retail park more than 15 years ago. Needing more space to add an aqua massage room with color therapy, and a juice bar area for juicing and protein shakes, he recently relocated from his original 200-square-foot space to a larger office that was built out by the landlord to his specifications.

Commercial Real Estate & Investment Specialist Ayal Frist with Stateland Brown represented both Dr. Rosen and the landlord, Boca Medical Plaza, LLC in making the expansion possible.

Recounting his experience with the design and build out of his new space, Dr. Rosen said "Nathalie Assens, licensed agent and senior project manager with ZVI Construction, was particularly fabulous to work with. Nathalie is extremely creative and talented in space design and was an absolute pleasure to spend time with."

Equipped with both a master's degree in Engineering from France and a master's degree in Contraction Management from M.I.T., Assens has worked on numerous projects, including turn-key projects as far away as Sydney, London and Geneva. She does a thorough analysis of each space, listens to tenants in order to meet or exceed their expectations, supervises layouts, and handles specifications and the selection and organization of subcontractors up to the final delivery.

While Fountains Center has a diverse tenant mix, Boca Medical Plaza, LLC's emphasis is on attracting medical industry tenants to serve a year-round and seasonal patient population. Located in the heart of Boca Raton just off Powerline Road, the seven-building campus has become a very desirable medical office location, as it is a short drive to West Boca Medical Center, Boca Raton Regional Hospital and Delray Medical Center.

To reach Dr. Rosen's office for an appointment, call (561) 392-5555. Or, for information about leasing at Fountains Center, call (561) 488-0877
