Cranberry Mews Survey Asks Residents, Visitors What Businesses & Services They'd Like to Have More of for Collingwood & Southern Georgian Bay

Cranberry Mews Looks to Georgian Triangle Residents for Input

2013-03-27
COLLINGWOOD, ON, March 27, 2013 (Press-News.org) Cranberry Mews has launched a public survey to find out what Georgian Triangle residents and visitors feel the area needs more of in the way of new or additional businesses and services. From now until April 22, 2013, residents and visitors alike can have their say by participating in a brief survey on the Cranberry Mews website: http://www.cranberrymews.com.

There are presently three vacancies in the shopping centre, and Andres Paara, broker, Royal Lepage Locations North, Brokerage, wants to know what types of businesses and services will benefit the general population of the Georgian Triangle. Brokers representing the property will then use the results of the survey as added support in attracting the right mix of businesses for the remaining three retail spaces.

"How better to find out what people want in their neighbourhood than to just ask," says Paara. "This is great opportunity for our local community to weigh in on what they need and want in the way of services and retail outlets."

As a participation incentive, the names of three survey participants will be randomly drawn for gift certificates of $500, $250 and $100 respectively that can be applied toward the purchase of a broad range of products and services currently offered by existing Cranberry Mews stores and businesses.

Survey Details

To take part in the survey, respondents can visit http://www.cranberrymews.com and navigate to the survey link to answer four brief questions as well as rate a list of approved types of businesses. Total participation time should take no longer than two to five minutes. Rules and regulations for survey can be found on the Cranberry Mews website.

Only three retail spaces remain in Cranberry Mews, ranging from 1,502 to 1,652 square feet and feature all the modern conveniences of a newly constructed building. Available units are priced from $13 to $14 per square foot and come with paint-ready walls, concrete floors and a wheelchair accessible washroom, in addition to the cost savings associated with a brand new building featuring the latest in heating and cooling systems.

Foremost Cranberry Mews Limited Partnership, the landlord for Cranberry Mews, is offering new tenants a $15,000 incentive that can be used to offset expenses from construction to refurbishment/leasehold improvement costs.

About Cranberry Mews
